Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled/refunded if the item has not been prepared and not shipped out.

If your request for cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Returns 

Strictly no returns are possible.

Refund

Refunds can be arranged under the following reasons:

  • if the item is out of date, expired, defect; or
  • if the wrong Items which is different from the Order is delivered

Refund request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product. Customers can Email/Whatsapp/Facebook Messerger/Livechat to request for a refund -refund@thezerosnackbar.com / +6016 436 1183. Do provide us the proof of order and photo proof of expired, defected or wrong item. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
